A reservation with a voucher should preferably be made by telephone (+49 (0) 22 28 - 600 400), but can also be requested by e-mail. This is because we first have to check whether rooms are available. Please note: The voucher is only valid with a valid voucher number and must be presented on arrival. Furthermore, it cannot be exchanged for money.

At Hotel Haus Oberwinter you can pay with cash, EC card, Maestro, VISA, Mastercard, Diners or American Express. Debit cards/EC cards, also those with logos of MasterCard and Visa (e.g. V-Pay) can unfortunately not be used for online payment. When booking our "Hot deal" or the early bird rate, you can choose between credit card and, in the case of telephone reservations, also bank transfer as a means of payment.
If you book an instalment where a deposit is due in the instalment description, such as the early booking instalment, your credit card will be charged at the time of booking. If you book an instalment where you only provide your credit card as a guarantee, the amount will only be reserved by our credit card system but will not be charged.
The reservation desk is staffed from Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 7.00 pm and from Saturday to Sunday from 09.00 am to 5.00 pm.
If you book directly through Hotel Haus Oberwinter, we kindly ask you to cancel the rooms in writing. Please note the cancellation deadlines on your booking confirmation. If you have reserved your room via an external booking portal, cancellation is only possible on the respective booking portal. The early booking rate offers you a discount on the daily rate. The discount depends on the time of booking. You can save between 5-20% here. However, the rate cannot be cancelled free of charge and the total amount is due upon booking.
The time of free cancellation depends on which rate or arrangement you have booked. The booking conditions, which can also be found on your reservation confirmation, state until when this is possible free of charge.

No. Hotel Haus Oberwinter is a non-smoking hotel. In case of violation, the basic cleaning costs of EUR 250 will be charged.
